Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid before the commencement of the trip or as communicated during booking.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation date and the service booked. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel price fluctuations, government taxes, seasonal demand, or supplier revisions. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents required during travel. Failure to provide necessary documents may result in denial of service without any refund.
Aayansh Travels is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, traffic congestion, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Passengers are expected to maintain cleanliness and proper behavior inside the vehicle. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in additional charges.
Vehicle models and drivers are assigned based on availability. Similar-category vehicles may be provided if the originally booked vehicle is unavailable.
Any modification requested after booking confirmation may be subject to additional charges and availability.
Aayansh Travels acts as a travel service provider and shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft, accident, delay, or inconvenience arising during the journey.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within the specified period after deducting applicable cancellation and processing charges.
